After the difficult days that the residents of the south went through following the military operation in Gaza, a special event full of leading artists is coming, which will take place for the seventh year - including a reunion of the Lip't band after 25 years. Kobe Oz

The residents of the south have recently known difficult days following the operation in Gaza, in a reality where they are routinely used to living between one alarm and another.

Now the sounds are coming to them, hoping to instill some happiness and art in the tense area.

It will happen on the holiday of Sukkot (October 11-18), as part of a musical festival that will take place for the seventh year, with diverse shows, original productions, host and guest artists and a lot of fine music.

Among the festival shows: Yishai Rivo hosts Amir Banyon - a huge amphitheater show at the Ashdod Amphitheater, Shalom Hanoch - exit 2022, Shefatim band - a reunion show with Kobi Oz, Eli Luzon and Hagit Yasso, Shlomit Aharon, everything goes my way, Habibi, the three tenors - the joint show, Rami Danoch and the Tslili Ha'oud band host Gabi Berlin, a tribute evening to Zohar Argov and more.

One of the more talked about shows is, as mentioned, the reunion of the Lips band after 25 years.

In the special evening she will host Kobi Oz, Eli Luzon and Hagit Yasso.

"I'm very, very excited for the Oshpizin festival. The lip band is reuniting and I get to sing with them," says Kobi Oz, who knows the south well and is especially happy to be back.

"I was a keyboardist for a lip band for more or less all of my youth, and I'm really excited for the festival. We will sing together with my mentor, you could say, Haim Oliel, and Sami Lazmi of course. It will be fun, fun, fun."

"I am also happy and excited by the very performances of the reunion of Shfatim and the social and musical connection with Kobi Oz, which certainly gives added value to the residents of the south who are unfortunately subjected to endless rounds of combat," adds Haim Oliel.

"I hope that with the help of music we will contribute to a little joy."
